This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of this deployment of Dime Dime Baby AI Video Generator (the “Service”) handles information when you use the AI video generator. The operator is the person or organization that made the deployment you are visiting available.

Information processed by the Service

The Service may process:

• Your submission: the adult photo you upload, any optional visual direction, and the 10- or 15-second duration you select.
• Generated media: the video produced from your submission.
• Account data: your name, email address, encrypted authentication credential, session information, optional profile image, video balance, and account timestamps.
• Purchase records: the package selected, amount, currency, order identifier, payment status, video allowance granted, and related timestamps. Card or wallet credentials are collected and processed by a payment processor on its hosted checkout pages; the Service does not store full payment-card details.
• Request and security data: information normally included with an internet request, such as an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and diagnostic or abuse-prevention data. Infrastructure service providers may process this data while delivering and protecting the Service.

How photos and videos are processed

The generation flow is designed as follows:

1. Your browser sends the photo and generation settings to the Service.
2. The Service temporarily stores the source photo in private storage so it can create the requested video.
3. The photo, selected settings, related request data, and the operator-configured licensed reference asset needed for the selected duration are processed by trusted video-processing partners. The photo supplies the subject appearance, the licensed video supplies the dance footage, and the finished video keeps the reference video's original sound.
4. A successful video is copied into private storage and made available to you.
5. On the normal application path, the temporary source photo is deleted after processing finishes, including when generation returns an error.
6. A successfully generated video is available through a private link for 24 hours. The video may remain in storage until the deployment operator deletes it or applies a retention policy, but an expired result link no longer grants access.

Account, video-balance, order, and generation-history records are stored securely for operating the Service. Authentication cookies are used to keep you signed in. When you choose a package, a payment processor handles payment on its own hosted page and confirms the purchase so the video balance can be updated.

Acquisition attribution and cookies

To understand which outreach and pages lead to registrations and purchases, the Service records first-touch, signup-touch, and last-touch acquisition attribution. The attribution record may contain the acquisition channel and source, campaign information, referring host, landing-page path (without its query string), and the time of the touch. It does not include generator prompts, uploaded-photo contents, or full referrer and landing-page URLs.

The browser stores first-touch and last-touch attribution in first-party cookies for up to 180 days. A compatibility source cookie may be kept for up to 30 days. After you sign in, the Service may associate first-touch, signup-touch, and last-touch records with your account so the operator can measure acquisition and paid conversion in the administrator dashboard. These records are used for service analytics and campaign measurement, not to authorize account access or payment.

You can clear this site's cookies or site data in your browser at any time to reset the attribution information held in that browser. Clearing cookies does not automatically erase attribution already associated with an account; account-linked records may be retained with the account and may be covered by the access, objection, or deletion rights described below.

If you start generation while signed out or open pricing from a completed generator setup, the browser may place the selected photo and settings in local sign-in or checkout drafts. These drafts stay on your device and are not uploaded by the save action. The application consumes the sign-in draft after successful authentication and the checkout draft after a successful or cancelled checkout returns to the generator. Drafts older than two hours are ignored and are cleaned up on a later visit. Clearing this site’s browser data removes local drafts immediately.

Do not upload a photo if you are not comfortable with this processing. No internet transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free.

Purpose and legal basis

The submitted content is used to provide the requested video, protect the Service from abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on where you live, processing may be based on your request to use the Service, your consent, the operator’s legitimate interest in securing the Service, or another basis permitted by applicable law.

Your responsibilities

Only upload a single-person photo of yourself, or a photo for which the identifiable adult has knowingly authorized this specific AI-video use. Do not submit group photos, images of minors, intimate images, copyrighted material you lack permission to use, or content intended for impersonation, fraud, harassment, deception, or infringement.

Sharing and international processing

The Service does not sell uploaded photos or generated videos. Content and request data are disclosed only as needed to operate the Service, including to infrastructure, video-processing, and payment partners, or when required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or the Service. These service providers and their infrastructure may process data in countries other than your own.

Retention

Temporary source photos are designed to be removed after processing finishes. Local sign-in and checkout drafts are consumed after their return flows and ignored after two hours, although browser storage may retain an abandoned draft until a later visit or until site data is cleared. Result links expire after 24 hours. Generated-video objects are not guaranteed to be retained for any particular period and may be deleted without notice. Account, account-linked attribution, and transaction records may be retained while the account is active and afterward as reasonably needed for analytics, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Service partners, network providers, and platform logs may have separate retention practices. The Service does not promise that all transient copies or partner records disappear at the same moment.

Your choices and rights

You can avoid media processing by not uploading a photo and can sign out at any time. The account page lets signed-in users review their video balance, purchases, and generation history. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Any additional request method offered by the Service will be presented within the Service. Identity verification may be required, and some billing records may need to be retained even after an account-related request.

Children

The Service is not directed to children. Do not upload images of anyone under 18. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, stop using or sharing the affected result and use any request method made available within the Service.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the Service or its service partners change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.

Reference-media and independent-service notice

The operator is responsible for licensing the reference clips configured for the Service. Dime Dime Baby AI Video Generator is an independent creative service and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the creator, performer, label, platform, or other rights holder associated with any dance, music, phrase, or reference media.
