Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this deployment of Dime Dime Baby AI Video Generator (the “Service”). The operator is the person or organization that made the deployment you are visiting available. By uploading a photo or requesting a video, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service combines one uploaded photo of an adult with a licensed 10- or 15-second reference clip configured by the operator, then produces a 9:16 MP4 of the corresponding duration. It does not offer a separate static-image output. The finished video keeps the reference clip's original sound. Trusted service partners may process requests and store media as needed to provide the Service.

The Service is experimental. A request may fail, take longer than expected, produce an inaccurate or objectionable result, or become unavailable. No particular output, quality, availability, retention period, or fitness for a specific purpose is promised.

Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not bypass account, video-balance, rate, or other usage restrictions. The operator may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service or comply with law.

Video packages and purchases

Each generation reserves one video from the account balance, whether the selected duration is 10 or 15 seconds. A failed generation is designed to return that video automatically; a video is not guaranteed to be returned when an output is successfully produced but you dislike the result. Video packages are one-time purchases through secure hosted checkout. The total price, included video count, effective price per video, and currency are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.

Video balances are a limited permission to use the Service, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn. Packages never renew automatically. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the matching video allowance may be removed; if some videos were already used, the account balance may become negative and generation remains unavailable until the balance is restored. Refunds, where offered or legally required, are handled under the policy presented for the relevant purchase and applicable law. Use the account page to review your remaining videos, purchases, and generation history.

Your content and permission to process it

You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded photo, optional visual direction, and eligible output. You grant the operator and the service providers used by the Service a limited, worldwide permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that material solely to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Service and comply with law.

You represent that:

• you own the submitted material or have every permission required to use it;
• the uploaded image contains no more than one identifiable real person, that person is an adult, and they knowingly consented to this specific AI-video use;
• your submission and intended use do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights; and
• your optional direction and output will be used lawfully and without misleading people about whether media is authentic.

The Service does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Other users may receive similar results.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• upload or depict a real person without that person’s informed permission;
• upload an image of anyone under 18;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of a real person;
• impersonate, defraud, threaten, harass, defame, blackmail, or deceive anyone;
• create false evidence or conceal the AI-generated nature of media when disclosure is required or necessary to avoid deception;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• promote illegal activity, targeted hate, or credible violence;
• probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures; or
• use automated means to consume the Service beyond limits authorized by the operator.

The operator may block a request, remove media, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect others, or comply with law.

Storage and privacy

Temporary source photos are designed to be deleted after processing finishes. Successfully generated videos are stored privately and may remain there until deleted by the operator or a retention policy, while the result link expires after 24 hours. Results can be removed without notice, so download them promptly and do not treat the Service as permanent storage. Infrastructure and video-processing partners may process request content and related data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible disclosure of AI media

You are responsible for the context in which you publish or share an output. Clearly disclose that a video is AI-generated when a viewer could otherwise reasonably mistake it for authentic footage, and follow any applicable labeling, advertising, election, consumer-protection, or platform rules.

Service ownership and source attribution

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service, its software, design, branding, or third-party components. Any source-code license and required attribution distributed with the project remain in effect. You may not imply that the Service operator or any referenced brand endorses your content.

Reference-media and independent-service notice

The operator is responsible for obtaining the rights needed to configure the reference clips used by the Service. Dime Dime Baby AI Video Generator is an independent creative service and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the creator, performer, label, platform, or other rights holder associated with any dance, music, phrase, or reference media. These Terms do not grant you rights in the reference clip, music, choreography, name, or third-party marks.

Suspension and termination

The operator may reject requests or suspend or terminate access when use violates these Terms, threatens the Service or another person, creates legal or security risk, or consumes resources beyond authorized limits. Media associated with suspended access may be deleted.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You review and use every output at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and the Service’s contributors and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and governing rules

The operator may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Applicable law governs these Terms without creating a choice of law or dispute forum that the operator has not actually identified.

Account and billing controls

Use the account page to review your remaining videos, purchases, and generation history. Any additional request method offered by the Service will be presented within the Service; no dedicated customer-support channel or response time is promised.
